Other Assistance

We have been engaged by organisations since our inception to deliver services that include:

• Development and implementation of the School-based New Apprenticeship program (1997)
• Establishment and management of a Group Training Company (1998 - 1999)
• Establishment and management of a Labour Hire business (1999 – 2000)
• Development of Growcom's 'Knowledge Plant', a one-stop-shop for the horticulture industry's education and training needs (2007 – 2008)
• Development of Safe Work Instructions and Safe Operating Procedures for the Australian Banana Growers Council (2008 – 2009)
• Internal audit of a Registered Training Organisation against the new Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2011 (2011)
• Assisting a number of small businesses to grow to medium sized businesses (2005 to current)

Recently we have been working with a Registered Migration Agent to assist businesses to become sponsors of 457 Visa's.

Our training business provides training primarily to small to medium businesses, however we have delivered our workplace health and safety and strategic people management courses to other small businesses, particularly in the engineering industry.
