


Established in 1999, pj WESTBURY CONSULTING is a business management consultancy that has assisted small to medium sized businesses with all manner of business related issues from business planning and development to people management and marketing.
We have assisted a few businesses to grow from a small business to a medium sized business with our business management systems and advice over a number of years. Diversification into the establishment of businesses in their supply chain, together with the maximization of existing plant and equipment to produce other items has been the major basis for this growth.
Whilst we are generally business management consultants, we specialise in the management of people, including WH&S legislation, which we have worked with since 1985.
Our experience includes the development of policies, procedures and forms for managing employment legislation related issues, together with the investigation of worker claims and representation in tribunals, commissions and courts on behalf of our valued clients.
We believe in passing on our skills to our clients, so that they may minimise the risk of having successful claims made against them, which is why we established Sunstate Rural Training in 2006 – to pass on those skills through our training courses, which can be viewed at www.ruraltraining.net.au
We specialise in regional and rural businesses and regularly travel to these areas to provide assistance.
